All of our Group Training sessions are conducted by highly qualified Personal Trainers ensuring you receive top quality instruction and have fun. Motus offers 3 types of group training sessions:

  1. Group Personal Training - for groups of 2-5
  2. Boot Camp - for groups of 6-12
  3. Sports Conditioning Sessions - sport-specific training sessions for groups of 4 or more
