Rugby Conditioning

Motus Rugby Conditioning is perfect for anyone who values the fun and enjoyment of social Group exercise setting. Get together with a group of friends, work colleagues or team mates at a location of your choice.

What will group rugby conditioning do for me?

Rugby Conditioning sessions are delivered by experts and designed to improve the physical performance of each individual player by developing beneficial pillars of physical performance:

  • Multidirectional strength, speed and power
  • Agility and plyometrics
  • Replicate movement patterns during match
  • Cardiovasular endurance and lactate tolerance
  • Improved competitiveness within training sessions
  • Periodized training specific to position and functional needs
  • Injury prevention

The 45 minute sessions and are delivered in small groups (maximum 8) allowing more personal attention to each player and therefore achieving greater gains. Players can be divided into groups based upon the positions they play or current strengths and weaknesses, which we will assess.

The programme is not a substitute for any of the technical and tactical work your coaches are already doing with the players but a supplement for teams and players looking to reach the next level of performance. We can arrange to fit the programme into your existing training sessions.
