Conditioning
Group conditioning sessions form a vital part of a sports teams training regime. Teams often focus on skill or tactical development during training sessions. We believe that more time should be devoted to physical conditioning as it can have a greater impact upon performance.
Motus provides sports-specific group conditioning sessions for a number of different sports. Sessions are delivered by experts and designed to improve the physical performance of each individual player by developing the five pillars of physical performance:
- Balance and agility
- Multidirectional speed and power
- Injury prevention
- Aerobic and anaerobic endurance.
- Foot speed
The 45 minute sessions and are delivered in small groups (maximum 8) allowing more personal attention to each player and therefore achieving greater gains. Players can be divided into groups based upon the positions they play or current strengths and weaknesses, which we can assess.
